ORDER

This Criminal Original petition is filed to expedite the investigation in Crime No.50 of 2012, dated 13.01.2012 on the file of the fourth respondent within the time frame as fixed by this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3. It is to be noted that this Court earlier in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.3929 of 2012, by an order dated 12.04.2012 directed the third respondent to transfer the investigation to the Inspector of Police, C.B.C.I.D/fourth respondent, after recording the fact that the investigation by the previous agency was very slow. It is unfortunate that the investigation is not yet completed even by the fourth respondent, though the investigation was transferred in the year 2012.

4. Considering the grievance of the petitioner and the nature of the complaint, this Court is inclined to allow this petition. The fourth respondent is directed to complete the investigation in Crime No.50 of 2012 and to file a final report within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
