ORDER
The petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to renew his request for issuance of patta, once the petitioner is able to contact his vendor, viz., Mookkammal or her legal heirs, entitling the petitioner to seek for cancellation of patta issued in the name of the private respondents.
2. Giving liberty to the petitioner, this Writ Petition is dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
