ORDER
The petitioner's claim, for medical reimbursement for the emergency surgery undertaken by his wife on 14.09.2020, was recommended by the third respondent herein, through the proceedings of the District Level Empowered Committee (DLEC), dated 27.02.2021 and the claim is now pending before the Insurance Company, the fourth respondent herein. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that if the Insurance Company is directed to consider the petitioner's claim, within the stipulated time, the petitioner would be satisfied. 2/4
3.Accordingly, there shall be a direction to the fourth respondent herein to pass appropriate orders, disbursing the reimbursement of medical expenses for the treatment undertaken by the petitioner's wife, pursuant to the recommendation of DLEC, dated 27.02.2021, within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, if not already disbursed.
