ORDER

This writ petition has been filed challenging the impugned proceedings bearing Na.Ka.No.11/2021/A2 dated 11.02.2022 issued by the respondent, and to quash the same. The petitioner further seeks a consequential direction to the respondent to grant approval to construct a house at Survey No.113/3c of Keelmidalam Village, Killiyoor Taluk, Kanyakumari District, by considering the petitioner's application dated 27.12.2021 within a stipulated time that may be fixed by this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for respondent. Perused the materials available on record.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the impugned order is a one-line order, it is non-speaking, and hence liable to be set aside.

4. On a perusal of the impugned order, it is seen that the order is nonspeaking. Accordingly, the same is set aside. The writ petition is allowed, and the matter is remitted back to the respondent. The respondent is directed to pass a fresh order after issuing notice to the petitioner as well as to any interested parties, within a period of three months from the date of 2/4

receipt of a copy of this order. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
