This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner to direct the 2nd respondent to conduct an enquiry in C.S.R.No.109 of 2024 dated 30.02.2024 and to taken necessary action and register F.I.R against the 3rd respondent and his sons.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents no.1 to 2 would submit that already an enquiry was conducted and the complaint in C.S.R.No.109 of 2024 has been closed on 30.12.2024. Today, the closure report also served to the counsel for the petitioner, therefore it is for the petitioner to take appropriate steps to challenge the closure report, if he is aggrieved. In view of the same, preserving the liberty to challenge the closure report in the manner known to law, this writ petition is closed.
