(Order of the Court was made by Dr.ANITA SUMANTH.,J.) This is the petition for condonation of delay of 54 days in filing the Writ Appeal.

2. Ms.B.Kalpana, learned counsel for R1 states that no justifying reasons have been set out in the petition for condonation.

3. Though R2 is unserved, having regard to the averments contained in the petition, the quantum of delay and the rival contentions, we are of the view that the delay may be condoned. The delay of 54 days in filing the Writ Appeal is condoned and this Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.

4. Registry is directed to number the Writ Appeal, if it is otherwise in order and list the same for admission. The names of the learned counsel who have entered appearance now will continue in the cause list as and when the matter is listed.
