ORDER

This Criminal Original petition is filed for issuing a direction to the respondent to expedite the investigation in Crime No.2 of 2015 on the file of the respondent and to file final report within a time stipulated by this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

3. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions submitted that final report was filed on 06.02.2017 before the learned Judge, Additional Mahila Court, Madurai and that it is yet to be taken on file.

4. Hence, the Criminal Original petition is closed with a direction to the respondent to see that final report is taken on file before the learned Judge, Additional Mahila Court, Madurai, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
