Prayer : Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, to call for the records relating to the FIR in Crime No.238 of 2022 on the file 1st respondent police and quash the same as against the petitioners.

Seeking quashment of the proceedings in Crime No.238 of 2022, on the file of the first respondent police, the petitioners have approached this Court.

2.Mr.P.Kottaichamy, learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), who takes notice for the first respondent submits that the investigation in Crime No. 238 of 2022 has already been completed and final report has also been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Uthamapalayam, by deleting some of the accused as they are not having any role in the commission of offence. He further submits that Crl.MP.No.266 of 2025 is pending before the Magistrate Court, in this regard.

3.Recording the aforesaid submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) that the final report has been filed, by 2/4

deleting some of the accused, this Criminal Original Petition is closed, with liberty to the petitioners to challenge the final report in the manner known to law.
