This petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to register FIR on the complaint, dated 13.03.2018 given by the petitioner.
2.The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner has lodged a complaint before the second respondent on 13.03.2018, but sofar, no action has been taken and hence, the petitioner has filed the present Criminal Original Petition. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents on instructions submitted that petition enquiry is pending.
4.Considering the aforesaid submission, the second respondent is directed to expedite the enquiry and if the enquiry reveals any cognizable offence is made out, he has to register a case and proceed in accordance with law.
