ORDER

The present contempt petition has been filed alleging wilful disobedience of the order dated 09.09.2024 made in W.P.(MD)No.21394 of 2024. The operative portion of the said order is extracted hereunder:

''3.In view thereof, the first respondent is directed to take a decision on the petitioner's representation, by giving necessary notice to all the parties concerned, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Accordingly, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.''

2. Today, when the matter came up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader produced the proceedings dated 24.06.2025, wherein it is stated that the said Senthilkumar had retired and relieved from the services of the temple.

3. In view thereof, this Court is satisfied that the order has been complied with. However, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, in spite of the said order, the said Senthilkumar is still found inside the temple. It is open to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law.

4. Since the order has already been complied with, recording the same, this contempt petition is closed.
