This Criminal Original Petition is filed seeking to transfer the petitioner's son namely Doss @ Vattakan @ Perumal @ Pethu Perumal from Central Prison, Salem to any other prison based on the representation, dated 02.03.2015.

2. Though the petitioner has sought for a larger relief, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that it would suffice to direct the second respondent to consider the representation dated 02.03.2015.

Considering the same, the second respondent is directed to consider the representation dated 02.03.2015 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
