ORDER
The petitioner has filed this Writ Petition, seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to grant permission to install the board with regard to ''religion activity'' in the entrance at Poolangulam Village, Alangulam Taluk, Tirunelveli District, based on the petitioner's representation dated 30.01.2019. 2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr.Selvakumar, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that if a direction is given to the respondents to consider the pending representation of the petitioner, dated 30.01.2019, that would suffice.
3.Mr.K.Suyambulinga Bharathi, learned Government Advocate (Criminal side), takes notice for the respondents and seeks two weeks time to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 30.01.2019, and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law on the same.
