PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying to direct the 2nd Respondent to shift petitioner's husband namely Radhakrishnan, S/o.Palraj, Who is confined in District Jail, Theni as under remand prisoner to the Government Medical College Hospital, Theni for treatment.

ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking direction to direct the second respondent to shift petitioner's husband namely Radhakrishnan, S/o.Palraj, Who is confined in District Jail, Theni as under remand prisoner to the Government Medical College Hospital, Theni for treatment.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner's husband was given continuous treatment from 21.03.2022 at Government Rajaji Hospital, Madurai.
