2. The petitioner apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under sections 341, 294(b), 353, 427, 506(i) of I.P.C., in Crime No.52 of 2020 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

3. The petitioner herein infuriated by the act of the defacto complainant hitting his two wheeler while driving the bus, has over take the bus and had assaulted him causing injury. CRL OP(MD). No.4446 of 2020 petitioner and the petitioner prevented the Government servant from discharging his duty. Photographs lifted from CCTV indicates that the petitioner has blocked the bus and had attacked the defacto complainant with hands and the spectacles of the defacto complainant broken into pieces.

4. Considering the nature of offence and the place of occurence, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this criminal original petition is dismissed.
