This petition is filed to set aside the order passed in Cr.R.P.No.38 of 2014 dated 12.11.2014 on the file of the IInd additional and Sessions Judge, Thanajvur by confirming the order passed in M.C.No.12 of 2009 dated 09.07.2014 on the file of the IInd Additional Munsif Cum Judicial Magistrate, Kumbakonam. 2.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court does not find any infirmity or illegality in the order passed by the trial Court and it does not warrant any interference from this Court.
