JUDGMENT

The Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is directed against the fair and decreetal order dated 28.10.2022 passed in H.M.O.P.No.1 of 2017 on the file of the I Additional District Court, Madurai.

2. When the matter is taken up today, the learned counsel appearing for the appellant would submit that the appellant died on 26.02.2026 and they are not taking any steps and he has also filed a memo dated 24.03.2026 to the said effect. The said memo is recorded.

3. Recording the same, this Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is dismissed. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. No costs.
