The Petition is filed, praying to call for the records in Crime No.11 of 2015 on the file of the second respondent and quash the same.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for State.

3. The learned counsel for the Petitioner submitted that the petitioner is the defacto complainant in Crime No.11 of 2015 on the file of the second respondent for the alleged offences under Sections 417 and 376 of IPC. In the petition filed, it has been stated that there has been rivalry between the petitioner and the third respondent, who forced the petitioner to give the complaint as the relationship went strained. The learned counsel for the petitioner also submitted that the petitioner does not want to proceed with the complaint further.

4. After going through the complaint as well as the grounds raised in this petition, this Court does not find any useful purpose will be served in proceeding further with the complaint, since the petitioner herself has filed a petition being the defacto complainant. The petitioner appeared before the Court and she stated that she does not want to proceed further with the complaint. Accordingly, the proceedings https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
