The petitioner is an accused in Crime No.636 of 2019 registered by the respondent police for the offences under Sections Women Missing @366(A) IPC read with 5(1), 6,16,17 of Protection of Children from Sexual offences Act 2012. The petitioner was granted bail by the learned Special Judge, vide order dated 26.02.2020. The petitioner has been directed to appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., for a period of two months. The petitioner hails from Villupuram. He is finding it very difficult to stay in Madurai. The petitioner is said to be a coolie. The petitioner undertakes to appear before the Vikkiravandi police station, Villupuram District, daily at 6.p.m., till the victim is examined. 2.With this modification, this Criminal Original Petition stands allowed.
