This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to direct the learned Judicial Magistrate Court, Thuraiyur to dispose of the case in C.C.No.160 of 2019 within a stipulated time.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the crime is of the year 2019 and cognizance of the offences was taken and the same was taken on file in C.C.No.160 of 2019 by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Thuraiyur and it is pending without any progress. Hence, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks expeditiously trial.

4.Considering the facts and circumstance of the case, this Court directs the learned Judicial Magistrate, Thuraiyur, to complete the trial in C.C.No.241 of 2010 pending on his file within a period of three months from the date of the receipt of a copy of this Order.
