The above petition has been filed seeking orders to amend the cause title by adding the legal heirs of the first respondent, the respondents 8 to 13, who were already added vide order of this Court in CMP(MD)Nos.20348, 20350 and 20351 of 2025 dated 08.01.2026.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners, the learned counsel appearing for the respondents 3, 5 and 6 and the learned counsel appearing for the respondents 8 to 13. Records perused.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the respondents would submit that they are not having any objections to allow this petition.

Considering the reasons assigned, this petition is ordered and the Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendments in C.M.P.(MD)Nos.16890 to 16892 of 2025 and post the same on 11.03.2026.
