ORDER : The Court made the following order :- This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioners on 24.02.2025 under Section 482 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita (BNSS), 2023 praying to 1/3

grant an order of pre-arrest bail.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr.K.Sanjai Gandhi, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondent-police submits that the case was registered under Sections 329(4), 296(b), 115(2) and 351(2) of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, which are all bailable in nature. Hence, the petition filed under Section 482 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita (BNSS), 2023 is not maintainable.

3. Recording the submission of the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), as the offences are bailable in nature, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as non-maintainable.
