ORDER

This Criminal Original petition is filed for issuing a direction to the third respondent to register the case on the basis of the petitioner's complaint, dated 11.10.2017 and to proceed with the same as per law within a time stipulated by this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions submitted that the complaint has been registered in Crime No.479 of 2017, on 04.11.2017. He also submitted that further proceedings will be initiated in accordance with law.
