ORDER

This petition is filed to condone the delay of 556 days in representing the above second appeal.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and perused the affidavit filed in support of this petition.

3. The delay that occurred in representing the above second appeal has been explained in paragraphs 3 and 4 of the affidavit to the effect that after the Registry returned the papers, since there was a clerical mistake in the judgment, it took some time to represent the same.

4. I am satisfied with the reasons. However, in view of the mere delay of 556 days, I am of the opinion that the delay could be condoned on condition. Accordingly, this petition is ordered on condition that the petitioners shall pay a sum of Rs.3,000/- (Rupees There Thousand only) to the credit of State Legal Service Committee, attached to this Bench, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, failing which, the petition shall stand automatically dismissed without any further reference to this Court. sd/- 20/06/2025 / TRUE COPY / /06/2025 Sub-Assistant Registrar ( C.S.
