ORDER

This petition is filed for the issuance of a writ of certiorarified mandamus, calling for the records pertaining to the impugned order of transfer in Ku.A.No.001691/061 /Ni.P/C1/Ko.Ma.Po / 2020 dated 26.02.2020 on the file of the first respondent issued to the petitioner on 03.03.2020 and quash the same as illegal and consequently direct the respondents 1 and 2 to permit the petitioner to continue as Commercial Inspector at Ottapidaram Sub Division, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner has fairly submitted before this Court that pursuant to the interim order passed by this Court, the respondent has cancelled the impugned transfer order.

3. In view of the above submission made by the counsel for the petitioner, nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition. Therefore, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
