This Criminal Original petition is filed for quashing the First Information Report in Crime No.205 of 2015 on the file of the second respondent.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for respondents 1 and 2.

3. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions submitted that Charge Sheet was filed on 28.08.2015 and that the case was taken on file in P.R.C.No.9 of 2016 by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Oddanchatram. It is further submitted that the next hearing of the case is on 03.11.2017.
