O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent to register a case against the proposed accused under Sections 153 and 505 IPC along with Section 66A of IT Act, on the strength of the petitioner's complaint dated 12.09.2017.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent submitted that based on the petitioner's complaint, a case has already been registered in Crime No.31 of 2018 for the offence punishable under Sections 505(2) IPC and 67 of the Information Technology Act, 2000, on the file of the second respondent police. He has also produced a copy of the FIR to that effect. Hence, there is no further adjudication in this Criminal Original Petition.

3. Recording the above submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
