For Petitioners : Mr.V.Meenakshisundaram COMMON ORDER The present revision petitions have been filed by the plaintiff in a suit for declaration of title and permanent injunction seeking for an expeditious disposal of I.A.Nos.4, 5 and 6 of 2021. 3/6
2. I.A.No.4 of 2021 has been filed to implead additional defendants namely defendants 4 to 6, I.A.No.5 of 2021 has been filed seeking interim injunction as against the proposed parties from disturbing the possession of the plaintiff and I.A.No.6 of 2021 has been filed to implead additional defendants 7 and 8.
3. According to the learned counsel appearing for the plaintiff, these applications were filed in April-2021 and after enquiry, they were posted for orders in April-2022, but so far no orders have been passed.
4. Considering the aforesaid facts, the learned Subordinate Judge, Kuzhithurai, is directed to dispose of I.A.Nos.4, 5 and 6 of 2021 on merits and in accordance with law, after giving due opportunity to the parties, on or before 30.04.2023.
5. With the above observation, these Civil Revision Petitions stand allowed. No costs.
