Writ Petitions filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records of the Impugned Conditional Attachment Order dated 22.04.2010 in CEP.No. 16/2010-2011 passed by the 1st respondent under Section 167(2) Tamil Nadu Cooperative Societies Act, 1983, quash the same as against lands in Survey Nos. 170/3, 204/10, 237/3 and 380/132 at 1/4
Kattuputhur West Villge, Thottiyam Taluk, Tiruchirappalli District and consequently direct the respondents to raise the order of attachment made in the above survey numbers.

O R D E R
The petitioner has filed the present writ petition challenging the attachment order dated 22.04.2010 passed by the first respondent and seeking the removal of the attachment made in the property in the petition-mentioned survey numbers.

When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader, appearing on behalf of the respondents, on instructions, submitted that the petitioner has challenging the order passed in the year 2010 on the ground that a copy of the impugned order was not served on the petitioner. However, the same impugned order had already been challenged by the petitioner's father in W.P.(MD) No.6054 of 2010 and this Court, by its order dated 15.11.2011, dismissed the said writ petition.

3. In view of the above submission, this Writ Petition is dismissed, as the claim of the petitioner lacks merits and accordingly,the writ petition stands dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
