2.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) submitted that the petitioners are complying with the condition regularly. 3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioners is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
