ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents 4 to 10 not to harass or ill-treat the petitioner and her family members and consequently directing the fourth and fifth respondents to release the first petitioner's son vehicle in Auto bearing Registration No.TN-58-AA-1567 to the first petitioner, which is under illegal possession of the fifth respondent with due process of law.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that vehicle has been released.
3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the petitioner will not be harassed.
