PRAYER: Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of Constitution of India, to direct the learned District Judge to dispose of the E.A.No.8 of 2022 in E.A.No.4 of 2019 in EP.No.51 of 2018 in Arb.OP.No.1 of 2015 on the file of the Principal District Judge, Kanyakumari at Nagercoil at expeditiously as possible within a time frame as stipulated by this Court.

ORDER

The present revision petition has been filed for an expeditious disposal of E.A.No.8 of 2022 which was filed to condone the delay of 10 days in filing an application to restore the E.P that was dismissed for default.

2. However, the arguments were heard and it was posted for orders on 20.10.2022. For the past four months, it has been adjourned on the ground that order is not ready.

3. Considering the above said facts, the learned District Judge, Nagercoil is directed to pass orders on or before 20.03.2023 and report back to this Court.

4. With the above said observations, this Civil Revision Petition stands allowed. No costs.
