Sakthivel, the petitioner, came forward under Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking a direction to the respondents to register a criminal case based on his complaint dated 23.05.2016. 2.Learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that a case in Crime No.316 of 2016 for offence under Sections 294(b), 420 and 506(i) IPC has been registered by the Inspector of Police, South Police Station, Cumbum, Theni District. A xerox copy of the FIR has also produced.
