ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by DR.G.JAYACHANDRAN, J.) The Tamil Nadu Government Public Library Officials Union, who is the petitioner herein seeks leave of this Court to institute the review application stating that the order of this Court in W.P.(MD) No. 1281 of 2026 dated 29.01.2026 has borne on them. The impugned G.O.Ms.No.288, School Education (PL1) Department, dated 09.12.2025 was challenged by them before the Principal Seat of Madras High Court. 2/5

2. We heard the learned Senior Counsel Mr.V.Prakash appearing for the review applicant.

3. We are not inclined to entertain the application to grant leave for preferring the review application as the petitioner states that he has already instituted a writ petition and the same is pending before the Principal Seat. Hence, he can work out his remedy in that writ petition and the grounds raised in the review application are preserved for the petitioner herein to agitate in his writ petition.

4. With the above liberty, this Writ Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed. Review Application is also rejected at the S.R.Stage itself. No costs.
