Respondents Prayer: Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C., to direct the 2nd respondent to register the FIR based on the petitioner's complaint dated 11.07.2016 within the time limit that may be stipulated by this Court.

ORDER

Umadevi, the petitioner, came forward with this petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking a direction to the 2nd respondent namely, Inspector of Police, All Women Police Station, Lalkudi, Trichy District to register a case based on her complaint dated 11.07.2016 and investigate the same.

2.It is alleged by the said Umadevi that one day when she had gone to M.R.B.Net Centre, Lalkudi, Trichy District to take Xerox copy of Adar card of his daughter, the net owner alleged to have tried to misbehave with her and she lodged a complaint. Her grievance is Police has not taken any action. 3.Learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) on instruction from the Inspector of Police, All Women Police Station, Lalkudi, submitted that inspite of intimation, the said Umadevi is not responding for enquiry. The complaint dated 11.07.2016 has been received from the said Umadevi over post. She has been asked to attend enquiry, but, she did not respond.

4.Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that no such intimation is received, however, the petitioner is ready for enquiry.

5.In the circumstances, the petitioner namely, Umadevi shall attend the enquiry on 22.07.2016 at 10.30 a.m. and the 2nd respondent shall conduct enquiry as per the provisions of Cr.P.C. and proceed further, if it discloses any cognizable offence. 6.M/s.K.Nirmala, (1016) Grade I Police Constable, who is present today, is also noted this order. Accordingly, this petition is disposed of.
