This Criminal Original petition is filed for issuing a direction to the respondent police to register a case on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner, dated 12.10.2017.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.
3. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions submitted that the complaint was enquired into and the same was closed.
4. Recording the said statement, the Criminal Original petition is closed. However liberty is given to the petitioner to work out his remedy in accordance with law.
