ORDER

Seeking for a direction to the respondents 1 to 3 to enter the name of the petitioner and her daughter as "spouse" and "daughter" respectively in the service register of the fourth respondent, by

considering her representation, dated 03.08.2018, the present writ petition has been filed.

2.Heard the learned Counsel appearing on both sides and perused the materials available on record.

3.The learned Counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner's husband is working as Technical Assistant in the respondent department. To include her name and her daughter's name in the service register of the fourth respondent, the petitioner approached the official respondents by way of representations. Since, the second respondent has not taken any steps so far, the petitioner has approached this Court.

4.The learned Government Advocate appearing for the official respondents, on instructions, submitted that the representation of the petitioner would be considered after giving opportunity to all the parties concerned.

5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court, without going into the merits of the case, directs the respondents 1 to 3 to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 03.08.2018 and pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law, after affording due opportunity of hearing to all the parties concerned, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6.With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
