ORDER

Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2.The petitioner has serious doubt as to the genuineness of the documents enclosed at Page Nos.14 and 17 of the typed set of papers. The petitioner wanted the District Collector to conduct an enquiry and make a statement regarding their genuineness. When the matter was listed for admission in the morning, I passed over the same and called upon the learned Additional Government Pleader to get instructions.

3.It is now clarified that the legal heir certificate bearing Moo.Mu.No. 2914/2000(Aa1), dated 14.02.2000 enclosed at Page No.14 of the typed set of papers is not genuine and that the certificate No.TN-720221226672 dated 06.01.2023 enclosed at Page No.16 of the typed set of papers is genuine. 2/4

4.Recording the said submission, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
