This petition has been filed to direct the respondent to file a charge sheet in Crime No.198 of 2022 on the file of the respondent as against the accused within the time stipulated by this Court. 1/4
2.When the matter came up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) submits that investigation has already been completed and the case has been closed as ''mistake of fact''. He further submits that RCS notice was also served on the petitioner on 02.03.2024.
3.Recording the aforesaid submission of the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side), this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent police to furnish a copy of the final report to the petitioner enabling the petitioner to file a protest petition, if he is having a remedy before the concerned Judicial Magistrate for filing a protest petition. The petitioner shall file a protest petition before the concerned Judicial Magistrate Court within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
