ORDER

Mangaiyarkarasi came forward with the present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to register a case based on her complaint dated 01.06.2016 as against her son.

2.It is alleged that her son, who obtained legal heirs certificate by giving some false information. Now, her complaint is being handled by the Inspector of Police, District Crime Branch, Trichy.

3.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) for the respondents. 4.In the circumstances, the 2nd respondent namely, Inspector of Police, District Crime Branch Police Station, Trichirappalli District, is directed to enquire the complaint of Mangaiyarkarasi https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

dated 01.06.2016 and proceed further in accordance with law. Accordingly, this petition is disposed of.
