O R D E R

V.Kongusamy, the petitioner is a resident of Nagaiyakottai Village, Vedachandur Taluk, Dindigul District came forward this Court under Section 482 of Cr.P.C., seeking a direction to register a criminal case as against Aabitha Begam and others, based on his complaint dated 18.04.2016.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is the land owner and he is having all the documents in his name. However, Aabitha Begam and her associates have manipulated the records, committed forgery with regard to the landed documents.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that the complaint has been received from Kongusamy. It is being enquired into and the second respondent collected several documents.

4. Considering the above submissions and the materials on record, it is ordered as under:

The second respondent viz., the Inspector of Police, Anti-land Grabbing Special Cell, Dindigul District is directed to enquire the complaint of the petitioner viz., V.Kongusamy dated 18.04.2016 and if it disclose any cognizable offence, register a criminal case and proceed in accordance with law.
