Heard the learned counsel appearing for the review applicant.

2. The writ petition filed by the petitioner was dismissed by me on the ground that he can very well move the jurisdictional civil Court for relief. The order passed by this Court does not warrant review.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner states that even though plaint was filed before District Munsif Court, Thirumayam, it is yet to be numbered.

4. The District Munsif Court, Thirumayam is directed to number the suit instituted by the petitioner forthwith and without any delay and also take up the interim application filed by the petitioner for speedy disposal.

5. This Review Application is disposed of with the aforesaid direction to the jurisdictional Civil Court. There shall be no order as to costs.
