O R D E R

Abdul Pakky, the petitioner came forward to this Court under Section 482 of Cr.P.C., seeking a direction to register a criminal case as against Sahubar and Sahul Hameed, based on his complaint dated 30.06.2016.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side). Mr.P.Gopalakrishnan, Special Sub-Inspector of Police is present today.

3. Abdul Pakky is a neighbour. He had gone for a job at Chennai. There is an allegation that his employer Sahul Hameed harassing him. In this connection, S.P. Pattinam Police is https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

enquiring the matter. A police notice has been issued to Abdul Pakky for enquiry on 17.07.2016.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that in spite of the notice, the said petitioner Abdul Pakky is not attend the enquiry.

5. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner will attend the enquiry on 27.07.2016.

6. In the circumstances, the petitioner viz., M.Abdul Pakky shall appear before the third respondent viz., the Sub Inspector of Police, S.P.Pattinam Police Station, Ramanathapuram District, for enquiry with regard to the complaint given by him, on 27.07.2016 at 10.30 a.m. and thereafter, the third respondent will proceed with the enquiry in accordance with law.
