O R D E R

*********** [Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.] The present Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed by the wife of the detenu, seeking a Writ of Habeas Corpus, directing the respondents to produce the person or body of the detenu, namely, Abimanyu, H/o.Nageswari, aged about 25 years, before this Court and set him at liberty.

2. Today, when the Habeas Corpus Petition is taken up for hearing, it is reported by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that though a case in Crime No.634 of 2018 has been registered under the caption "Man Missing", the investigation reveals that the detenu has committed an offence and he has been arrayed as an accused in the altered report and now the detenu is absconding. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. Inasmuch as the detenu is an absconding accused, the Habeas Corpus Petition is closed.
