PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of MANDAMUS thereby direct the 2nd respondent to issue the Work Site Visit Certificate to participate in the Tender Reference Number 87/2025-26 in Tender ID 2026_PWD_658413_1 Dated 16.02.2026 for Providing Internal and External Electrification including Lift and Generator Arrangements to the Construction of 100 Students MBC College Girls Hostel Building at Orathanadu in Thanjavur District (Second Call) or in the alternate direct the 1st respondent to accept the tender application of the petitioner without production of the work site visit certificate. 1/4

ORDER

The present writ petition has been filed seeking a mandamus directing the second respondent to issue work site inspection certificate to the petitioner's Company to enable them to participate in the tender floated by the respondent on 16.02.2026.

2. The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that the work site inspection certificate is ready with the second respondent and the petitioner can collect the same today(17.02.2026) itself.

3. In view the above said submission, the writ petition stands disposed of with a direction to the second respondent to issue the said work site inspection certificate to the petitioner today (17.02.2026).
