This petition has been filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C seeking a direction to the 2nd respondent to register a case against the accused on the complaint dated 08.07.2014.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the State. 3.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) would submit that no petition is pending before the second respondent police. 4.Considering the said submission, the petitioner is directed to lodge a fresh complaint to the concerned respondent police within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order and the same shall be proceeded further by them within six weeks thereafter. 5.With the above direction, this petition is disposed.
