ORDER

This Criminal Original petition is filed for issuing a direction to the second respondent herein to register the complaint given by the petitioner, dated 10.10.2017 and to take necessary action in accordance with law within a time stipulated by this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions submitted that the complaint has been registered in Crime No.846 of 2017, on 05.11.2017 for the alleged offences under Section 406, 424 and 420 of I.P.C. He also submitted that further proceedings will be initiated in accordance with law.
