ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offence punishable under Sections 448, 294 (b), 506 (i) IPC and Section 3 of TNPPDL Act in Crime No.148 of 2015 on the file of the respondent police.
2.The petitioner is said to have damaged the property worth about Rs.3,000/-. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution. He would further submit that this is the first anticipatory bail application filed by the petitioner before this Court.
3.Considering the facts and circumstances of this case, this Court is inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner with certain conditions. Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail in the event of arrest or on her appearance before the learned Judicial Magistrate Court, Cheranmahadevi, Tirunelveli District and on her executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate concerned and on further condition that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
4.The petitioner shall comply with the conditions stipulated under Section 438 Cr.P.C. scrupulously. The petitioner shall appear before the concerned Magistrate within a period of 15 days from the date on which the order copy made ready, failing which, the petition for anticipatory bail shall stand dismissed.
