This petition is filed to direct the respondents to register, the case based on the complaint of the petitioner, dated 25.05.2016.

2.When the matter is taken up, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) would submit that based on the petitioner's complaint, dated 25.05.2016, the 3rd respondent police registered FIR in Crime No.132 of 2016 under Sections 417 and 420 IPC, on 24.06.2016.
