ORDER

The Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioner to direct the respondents to register a case based on the complaint given by the petitioner dated 08.08.2017. 2.Heard Ms.B.Banu Prasath, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.K.Anbarasan, learned Government Advocate (crl.side), who takes notice for the respondents.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that on 23.07.2017 at about 10.00 a.m., one Shanmugam and his sons trespassed into the petitioner's land and cut the Karuvela Trees and have taken away, which is worth about Rs.15,000/-. She further submitted that the respondents without making any proper enquiry, have closed the complaint.

4. The learned Government Advocate (crl.side), submitted that after receiving the complaint, the second respondent police enquired into the matter and they examined the witnesses, who have https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

categorically stated that no such occurrence was took place and hence, the said complaint was closed.

5.Recording the aforesaid submission made by the learned Government Advocate (crl.side), this Criminal Original Petition is closed. It is open to the petitioner to avail any other remedy available under the law.
