ORDER

This Criminal Original petition is filed for issuing a direction to the respondent to file final report against all 30 accused in Crime No.268 of 2016 on the file of the respondent.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

3. The petitioner states that she lodged a complaint and the same was registered in Crime No.268 of 2016 against 30 persons for the alleged offences under Sections 147, 448, 354, 294(b), 352 and 365 of I.P.C. It is stated that the respondent who has filed Charge Sheet in a subsequent complaint lodged by some of the accused, has not chosen to file final report in the petitioner's complaint. It is in these circumstances, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that a direction of this Court to file final report within a time will be in the interest of justice.

4. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions submitted that the investigation is almost over and that Charge Sheet will be filed within a period of three months. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

5. Hence, the Criminal Original petition is partly allowed and the respondent is directed to file final report in Crime No.268 of 2016 within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
